At Krushi Kalyan Biotech, we are committed to providing high-quality chemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.
The returns would happen within 4 to 5 days .
Damaged and defective products replacement will be processed with in 5-7 business days.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

📸 Step 2: Provide photos or videos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
🚚 Step 3: After approval, securely pack the product and return it to the address provided.
💰 Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

After the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed as follows:

✔ Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 6 business days.
✔ Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is returned, the refund will be issued accordingly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

🚫 Opened or used products.
🚫 Products without original packaging or invoice.
🚫 Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
🚫 Discounted or clearance sale products.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer free replacements for defective or incorrect products. If the same item is unavailable , Damaged and defective products replacement will be processed with in 5-7 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

📌 Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the return process must be followed.
